Cyndi has lived in Rochester her whole life, attending Edison Tech where she majored in Graphic Arts. In 1988 she married her high school sweetheart, Mike, and they will celebrate their 20th anniversary in 2008. God has blessed them with two beautiful children; Josh is 19 and Kayla is 17.
Mike and Cyndi came to FBBC in August of 1999 and in November of that year Cyndi gave her heart to the Lord. He has done a mighty work in her life, saving her husband in December 1999. Their children have also come to know the Lord and the family has grown in the Lord through Discipleship and Home Bible Studies.
Cyndi has served in ministries including the Children's Ministry, Flag Football (with her husband), as well as currently on the Women's Ministry Leadership Team. In October 2005 she became Nursery Director, a position where she oversees every aspect of the Nurseries from infants through age two. FBBC serves over 100 children and their families weekly in these nurseries. Cyndi is thankful that the Lord allows her to use the gifts and talents He gave her to serve Him in this position, and she looks forward to great and mighty things in the future at FBBC. |
