Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ:

At the end of January, four of our family were able to attend a biannual retreat in Hangzhou. With wind howling and snow swirling outside, we were warmly received and gathered inside a comfortable lakeside venue. Sheltered from the cold and the distractions of the world, we found our ultimate shelter in the Word. We were able to enjoy a full schedule each day commencing with morning devotions, followed by breakfast, two morning sessions, lunch, two afternoon sessions, dinner and an evening session.
