Today the G&T Swimming Instruction Classes are on schedule.

SESSION INFORMATION 

One Session July 7 — July 18
Monday through Friday

Red Cross Water Safety Instructor with more than 30 years of teaching experience in the greater Rochester area.

Cost: $40; $35 for each additional child in family

Descriptions of Levels:
Levels One and Two: Water Exploration/Primary Skills
This includes: All non-swimmers; Any child (3/4 years or older) that cannot put their face in the water for at least three seconds.

Level Three: Stroke Readiness
Participant must already be able to put their head in water for at least three seconds, and be able to swim front stroke and back stroke for five yards.

Level Four: Stroke Development
Participant must already be able to front crawl with breathing and do back crawl for at least ten yards.
