In the summer of 1990, our church, under the leadership of Pastor George Grace, instituted what we refer to as our "Discipleship Ministry." We concentrated first on training leadership and then, over the next two years, developed what we believe to be a solid working structure. Over the last several years, we have seen a dramatic rise in the spiritual temperature of our church and have witnessed an increase in our adult attendance.

Requests for information began pouring in, and it became necessary for us to conduct the first of a series of seminars. The purpose was, and still is, to aid pastors who are interested in establishing a Discipleship ministry in their church. At present, over 700 pastors and missionaries have attended our conferences.

Speaking on behalf of Pastor Grace and our staff, we want you to understand: we have no product we are trying to sell; we have no hidden agendas. We simply have found something that we believe is biblical and that works for us. We would consider it a privilege to share that information with you for the cause of Christ.

This August, we are holding another workshop for interested church leaders.Our teaching methods are best done in small groups. Applicants will be accepted on a first come basis. It is important to us that you RSVP. We need to make necessary arrangements for food and teaching materials.

The Next Pastor's School is August 5-7 2008 

We will provide:
 - Continental breakfast
- Lunch
- Housing (if needed)
- Complete discipleship notebook

You must provide:
- Transportation
- Motel accommodations (if you prefer)
