Dear Pastor and friends, Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! Sue and I would like to thank each one of you for your continued faithful financial support! We realize that it is not easy during these times of economic difficulties, but we also know God blesses obedience and promises to open the windows of heaven for those that give their tithes and offerings. Missionary Kevin Pestke in Zambia has informed us of a great need of assistance in Southern Congo (DRC). He has received several requests over the last few months from pastors there pleading for help with Bibles, etc., and someone to come partner with them to teach, disciple, and train nationals to reach nationals in that country. Please pray with us about this need, and should you like to get more information please contact Kevin . Shortly after you receive this letter I will be boarding a plane for Zambia to attend and participate in the annual VBS/Bible Conference at the Kafulafuta Baptist Mission. Joining me will be Larry Franklin who will be heading up the VBS and Dr. Jim Elias who is bringing a team of medical students. Please pray with us for a great harvest. After the conference I will be going on to Malawi. I will return to the USA on the 2nd of September. We are still in need of money to feed the children at VBS. If you could assist with this need, please send your gift to IAM Ministries, 990 Manitou Road, Hilton, NY 14468 marked VBS/conference food. Please pray with us regarding the following: Bobby Bonners recovery from a number of heart problems, Sue’s health, IAM Ministries, our family, salvation for our 4 grandchildren, wisdom and safety on my up coming trip and the items mentioned above.
