One of my goals for 2008 is to visit many of the churches to understand their needs, see their progress, and encourage them to continue ministering in God's word. In doing this - I find myself traveling all over the country. This last Sunday, I left the mission at 8 am and arrived back at 7:30 pm --- a long day just to attend a Sunday morning service! No matter how long the trip - is continues to be a thrill to see people get saved and lives renewed!

The following churches were visited:

• Kapawnda Bible Baptist Church
• Nkumbwe Bible Baptist Church
• Kalalangabo Bible Baptist Church
• Kapiri-Mposhi Bible Baptist Church

Bible Institute continues to move forward - we are only looking at 3 more weeks until the conclusion of our first term. Many of the students are truly growing and learning not only from the academic teaching but from some difficult experiences that have unfolded this term. We are told to, "be doers of the word, and not hearers only...." Putting into practice the truths taught has become a hard lesson for a couple of the students. I would ask you to pray for our current students: Domiano, Henry, Kennedy, Luke, Steven, Betson, Potipher, Patrick, Macktin, Moses, Kapolo, & Felix.

Please pray for the following:

1.     Wisdom and discernment in leading and being a true Christian example

2.     Our upcoming Resurrection Conference – souls saved & lives changed (we have a group of 5 men coming from the States to teach/preach)

3.     Bible students to truly taste (Psa 34:8) the goodness of the LORD
