Cancel Recurring Giving in PushPay (no longer an option in CCB)

Thank you for your faithfulness in giving to the Lord through First Bible Baptist Church. Your tithes and offerings allow us all to expand God’s Kingdom here in the local Rochester area and around the world as we endeavor to Love God, Love People, Serve others and Tell Everyone!

To cancel your recurring giving in PushPay, follow these 3 simple steps below:

1. Login to our Online giving portal here: https://pushpay.com/
   • You can sign in using the cell phone number you provided OR an email address and password that you created when you first signed up.
2. Once logged in, click on the recurring gift you would like to cancel which you will find on the welcome page or the home page of PushPay. Mobile devices may have to scroll down to see the recurring gift section.
   
3. Click on the cancel button and confirm your decision to cancel the subscription.

Please note, you will see these same recurring gifts in the CCB portal, but you will not be able to cancel them unless you are logged in to PushPay. The recurring gift status in CCB will update within 24-48 hours on your decision to cancel.
