What’s Awana? Awana (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) is an international organization for which our church has a chartered club, one of over 20,000 worldwide. We have Awana clubs for ages three up to the sixth grade that meets on Wednesday nights throughout the school year, September through May. The purpose of this ministry is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Him. We do this through games, devotional small groups, and age-appropriate handbooks of creative activities and cohesive lessons emphasizing the importance of God’s word for sound living.
