Racers start your engines! We are excited to announce that we will be hosting the Awana Grand Prix 4/26 this year. Cars will be for sale on Wednesdays at Awana beginning 3/19 thru 4/9, at the Awana table for $5.00. You need to adhere to the rules listed below in order to compete. A list will also be available at the Awana table and given out with each purchased car. We will automatically register you when you purchase a car. We can cut your cars if needed once you sketch out a design. We will also have some precut designs available to purchase. There will be some light snacks at this event. 

Rules:

1. All cars entered MUST be purchased from First Bible. 
2. Blocks, wheels and axles must be used from the kit provided by First Bible. No online or store bought ones.
3. No modifications are allowed to the wheels or axles. You may polish and remove burrs from the wheels.
4. The maximum weight for an entered car is 5 ounces or 141.748 grams. We will have scales that measure this at check-in. We can add clay or shave a car at check-in if needed or desired.

***Adhering to these rules makes for a fair and level race field.***

9:30-12:00   Races & Activities

Divisions Planned:

Sparks – some parental/adult help

T&T – minimal parental/adult help

Cubbies/Adults – full adult help if needed/advanced cars

Trophies will be given out for both design and speed!
